“ATTENTION” ‘Foul Play’ in our Federal Fair Housing Act (Disability) own back yard!

To whom this may concern, I am a disabled person both mentally and physically.There is much more than what you will read in this to report, but as of now please read the following, made public WWW business by my own doing, in yelling “HELP ME UP, once and for all please!! …I was trained by Allen Rudo with Federal Fair Housing Act Disability Discrimination in 2009 Hilo, Hawaii office. I was also trained with Renters Rights at the same time and how to do undercover work in posing as a potential renter to see if the places did discrimination with a recorder on me that would be turned in as is.. I actually ended up doing a lot of work for them, for free, not meant to..In just attempting to seek safe housing for self and educated I caught many slum lords and of the like, turning them into Allen Rudo and Renters Rights. When I was in Sheridan, WY residing at the Rock Trim I called Wyoming Renters rights. I was told that landlords have  more rights in the State of Wyoming than renters. Wyoming put me in situations of being homeless, living at Americas best value in on 5th Ave. Sheridan, WY, in which, they even bullied me and said, “I couldn’t speak to the other guests.That I had to stay only to self and was not allowed to friend the maid.” Mental Health worker Andi Bell knew of this and allowed it. This is when she asked me, “What’s your God going to do for you now? In the parking lot of America’s Best Value Inn, 5th Ave. Sheridan, Wy. They denied me help in their woman’s shelter, saying no beds were available when there was. When I began residing at Hillside Mannor I was told that I had no right to an animal companion at no cost and if “no pets” were allowed wont let us, mental and/or physically disabled, exercise our rights to an “animal companion” at no cost as well that it had to do with the landlords loan agreement with bank to exercise my rights. David the owner entered my apartment without permission, he turned my heat off, he never supplied me with a locking door, worms would be on the carpet in the morning from out side, and more. Dave the owner of Hillside Mannor refused to give me my $600. deposit back and I tooth brushed cleaned that apartment prior to leaving 2014 spotless! He sent me a statement of refusal, I still have stating that there were holes in the wall and that I had a boyfriend living there. I never had a boyfriend and was alone 99.8% of the time. Cheyenne County Wyoming/Sheridan, WY approx. 2013 ish ~ present of those in high places apart of the organized crime via Roger Christie with THC ministry and NORML, Donald Walters my own biological father via cockfighting, Donald Ivester via HA Dago Mob blood uncle to my oldest taking retaliation out on me for telling my story and them being whom I survived in Victory via the Blood of Jesus. Wyoming Government the Law and Order who participated in this, that was set up prior to me ever going there 2011…I was already in a beautiful studio in Texas….2011….I never knew I was surviving any thing, but I did know Allen Rudu trained me and I have rights as an American Disabled that others don’t. Moving on 2014 Apporx. Cheyen County WY set up with King County WA sec 8, as well to do this to me upon arrival 2014, prior to me knowing King county existed. The Porting plan with Sec. 8 from Sheridan, Wy to King County WA 2014 left me homeless. I set up what I believed to be a “safe” woman’s shelter for my arrival, but the Illegal King County loop formed prior to my arrival had only a Shelter in Down Town Seattle, where it appeared that they let the very insane out, feed us lettuce and bread, woman were smoking meth in the bathroom, they beds were buggy, and set up like a jail. The Washington State Patrol, King County, Sec. 8, etc, were apart of it….I expressed I didn’t know how to survive homeless without having accommodations for my physical disabilities, in the night air with my COPD and other respiratory issues that put me at high rish, how to eat on nothing, how to be safe and not victim…. They purposely put a Mark Albertson and Jodi Albertson~Felix playing homeless pushing meth one me. They did not accept my many “no’s”…..they put my life and safety at risk, and gave me no protection,as they prey, plot, and take advantage of my mental wellness: eg.s; mild autism, learning disabilities,G.A.D., A.D.H.D., mild brain damage, dyslexia, spirit of a child with innocents, hypertension, severe migraines, mild stroke and seizure victim, just to mention a few, never mind their knowledge of my physical limits as well as, cancer untreated or told to me, g.e.r.d., i.b.s., acid reflux, carpal tunell, and much more chronic~acute diseases and illnesses i have life long had, to only be purposely neglected thru my life by medical and mental field and issues progress rather than maintain, heal, diminish increasing my health.Image result for Hebrews 13:8

A crisis house or the such wasn’t offered as an option, insuring me, a disabled mentally and physically challenged, sec 8, client’s safety in “porting” process from Sheridan, WY., to Seattle, WA., in getting housing in new State and County. NO safe “porting” was available in transfer of my sec. 8 housing, leaving me homeless, victim, and unable to care for self and health. Sheridan, Wy. knew I was having mini strokes, had major infection, and that they had ignored my health the entire 3 years I was there seeking health. But, they aren’t a housing issue. However, the entire town of Sheridan, WY 2011~2014, including the medical field and housing were all a apart of Donald Walters my biological father with cockfighting, Donald Ivester with Hell Angels Dago Mob, and Roger Christie with the fake THC ministry in Hilo, HA with NORML set this town up to devour me as ‘retaliation’ in me busting their orgaznized crimes up, they made me and my own son’s victim of. Image result for Hebrews 13:8Image result for Hebrews 13:8

And i have an immune system that is abnormally weak, so i get sick easy and bad with chronic infections.

Greentree Apartment’s are a big part of it all. A man named Adden with VOL helped me with the deposit and 1st months rent in building L, that was finally ready with their stage of a grocery cart out side my window, and neighbors all placed to spy on me, and monitors already set up in apartment, while making me be homeless for 18 days before I could move in. Adden told me IF I do any drugs he will kick me out. And, then he, well I don’t know how they operate have people ring my bell pushing crack on me..their illegal king county workers in all this. Since, being at Greentree I have been beat, I have had my vehicle stolen and destroyed put on my disabled legs…….  Put me on separate floor of washer and dryer making it hard with my copd, fibermyalgia, m.s., tendinitis. Made it their business what my disabilities are when its legally none of their business, nor public knowledge unless i want to expose my own disabilities. In 2014 to present, I was herded to only be able to reside at available apartment in Skyway, So. Seattle, WA that was already illegally set up for me, to illegally incarcerate me, with illegal monitors in apartment, I was told by Jeanetta in management office of Greentree Apartments that I had 7~10 days to evict, if I didn’t remove all items and prep for Terminex to spray for roaches…when they were really doing a game for a year or more from Unit L~Unit G as a cover up for illegally searching and inspecting my items illegally as they never really sprayed for roaches. Upon them viewing me obtaining my own roach spray, they hassled me and insisted I once again empty my entire apartment into center of room again, that I had to play terminex game, and that there was not going to be one Judge to help me in this illegal king county loop.                                                                                   Image result for federal fair housing act disabilityWhen moving from Building L at Greentree, Jeannetta in Office told me, that I wouldn’t like a studio, due to being claustrophobic. She could only know I am claustrophobic by illegally monitoring me. I never told her. However, NO she was wrong. On a poverty income, I am more concerned about being frugal with my income, than to pay for space, I won’t use, in anything larger than a studio, as a single, white, neglected, oppressed, poverty level, disabled, orphaned, middle aged, friendless woman left literally alone 24/7 and illegally monitored 24/7 by those not welcome by me, at that. So, I stood stupit with my mental conditions at times that I do and allowed her to move me into a 1 bedroom building G that cost more than a studio and has much space I don’t use. My question is: How would Jeanetta know what is best for me? She can’t, Only I know if I would want a studio or bigger and one Josh P. I am refused enough hot water to soak my disabled body in. They go into my apartment when they want and I am not there. Then they act like they don’t and when I sent a maintenance request or something I have to let them know if they may enter. When I first moved here 2014 in building L at Greentree the apartment was moldy, the maintenance man was in daily..they charged me $400 for heat when I did not use heat and to this day I live with no heat freezing for fear of going broke on my poverty income. They hassle me with the parking spot assigned to me and I have had people yell at me telling me, if I ask nice they will move out of my assigned spot. and much more.     They illegal put me in a living sufficiency program at Greentree open door illegally monitored facility illegally set up for me where my neighbors are all king county or their fam and friends…it’s a low income housing and they all have Mercedes and other expensive vehicles…they all illegaly monitor me blue tooth and other ways visually and audio.                                                                                Image result for federal fair housing act disability

I am a paying tenant. I keep the apartment clean the best my disabled self can. I literally have nothing but an empty apartment, because God told me to through the items out.when Greentree kept doing their Terminex show and unpacking and packing my items was to much on my disabled alone self every 2 months they had me doing that. Nothing I had was of any value any way.

Below, you will see various emails I have sent to management Greentree and Sec 8….you will see sec 8 states homeless is what the out come may be, if and when wanting to move….if, finding a new place isn’t done in their time given to find a place. I was given Sec 8 in Wyoming 2012 and they own my sec 8, where ever I would move as long as on sec 8.    i never needed a self sufficiency living program….i already know how…very well and can help those who don’t if god wanted me too.       King County loop illegally set up via organized criminals in taking retaliation out on me for reporting them including my own blood, like cock fighters, hell angels, and of the like.

Its set up for a foreseeable burn injury or worse. the working are and sink set up. while cooking today my robe sleeve got burned. It has proof of burn mark. Thank god it wasn’t my bare arm or i would have a serious burn injury. The stove top is set up in corner where working area is to and when preparing foods or doing dishes a foreseeable burn or fire is what we have if using that burner. A dangerous set up for anyone, never mind me a disabled. Greentree ought to be liable for injuries or damage to clothing. Its their set up in kitchen that’s unsafe. Thank you

 Greentree never has given me enough hot water for a bath to soak in, never mind to take a bath in. They haven’t removed monitors illegally on me that I have no proof of, for this poorly handled “intervention”. I, Carol Barber in unit 305 have been asking for a year for enough hot water to be provided, so I may soak my disabled body in it at times. So far, I have been told by maintenance that they replaced the hot water heater, that it is oh I don’t remember, some other problem, and Teresa told me that sec. 8 has (for lack of better words) regulations of how much hot water they allow and how hot water may be. I didn’t have a hot water problem in building L.
I reported this to Jennifer and she stated that sec. 8 has nothing to do with regulating the hot water temperature and that Greentree is legally suppose to provide tenants with enough hot water.
I showed maintenance that the tub water only goes as high as maybe two inches. That is not enough hot water to submerge my disabled body in. It is important for me to be able to soak in a tub for care of my MS. inflammation, tendinitis, body cramps, and more.
I would like sufficient amount of hot water to soak in, please. I do not feel comfortable paying rent, when I as a tenant am neglected in having a sufficient place to live in. All Greentree does with me are shows, but never a real job completed. I will only continue to pay rent if this does not get addressed, because I will know, I am doing my part.

I, Carol Barber take many of the tenants hate acts and words to me as a racist act and threats. Funny how I am one of the very few “whites” if you want to say as a resident.           Hello, Michael. This is Carol Barber I know that Sec 8 is suppose to have codes that pass and protect us from saucy places and being taken advantage of by landlords. Sec 8 provides very nice housing for us and very saucy if nobody say’s anything…you still will approve the place even if it’s not up to code…..I was put in saucy greentree…they are not up to codes for sec 8….all I have been trying to do is get enough hot water to  soak my disabled bones in and going on 2 years I still haven’t been given hot water. The bath room fan has no switch to turn fart fan off and it runs on my electric non stop…Why don’t you guys protect me and others from being treated poorly with housing and approve when the housing isn’t up to code.  Jennifer Milton was a great blessing when she came up to a meeting to see me a few times… All I am asking for is enough hot water to soak in, cockroach and mold free….and, for the fan to have a way to be turned off when not needed. Am I really asking for too much?

Carol,

You are LL/tenant dispute over the condition of your unit.

The only thing I can do to help is order a complaint inspection. (write a letter/signed and request the inspection).

The housing choice program allows the tenant to select their unit (this was your choice). At move in the unit passed inspection.

Let me know how to proceed. If the inspector fails the unit, and it is the fault of the LL they will have to fix or repair. If the damages are your fault the LL will fix and bill you. Sometimes this leads to having to move. This is all your choice. Due to the fact of your disclaimer I can’t even ask them to he help you.

Please try to work this out with the management, then make your decision. It appears you are at the end of your lease. Are you able to Move?

To start the move process:

Turn in a Mutual Termination: located on our web site under forms: this is legal notice to move

We will mail you a packet and a appointment

Fill out packet and return before appointment with income and proof that water/sewer/garbage is current.

Attend Appointment and receive a voucher and estimate sheet.

Give yourself 30-45 days for the process. Once you give notice you will have to move on the date given (end of a month). Most landlords are not allowing folks to stay due to they will rent the unit for a higher rate.

Make sure you are positive this is your decision. Many folks in this rental market can not locate units in the standard amount and can end up homeless. We suggest you look at the payment standards on our web site to see if you will be able to locate a unit with this amount. The amount of your voucher is based on your income, bed size and zip code.

I, appreciate your reply. I understand you are very busy. Thank you.
However, you know of this “illegal” king county loop you all participate in and obviously the moving process is too complicated for me with my health conditions, no transportation, etc….making it where WE aren’t even provided protected housing by SEC. 8 or me rather.. I only wanted to look for  a place, taking my time, allowing me to line up rides to view and apply, and to Sec 8 appointment for paper work. 
You already know, I can’t deal with this complicated process with no transportation and my health. Seems pretty odd that WE are put homeless with such a difficult process and time line. I will continue to “wait upon” the Lord; for HE is not about complicated or putting me homeless, and only making my situations with housing worse on me and life threatening due to my health.

I will continue to seek God’s instructions and wait upon HIM to uplift me into better and out of the system….Praise and Glory to our God that I do have housing in the mean time, so I will continue to wait for his divine plans in safely, peacefully, and easily moving me….Thank you., though for your time.

sec 8 comes to inspect #305 January 24, ’07, 9am~1:30pm
1. Please put new weather striping around entire front door and remove the old; whats there is old and the air comes in bad.2. Please set hot-water, hot enough to fill tub higher than 2 inches of luke warm water, so I may soak my disabled body in, like you had in bldg L when I was in there. Jennifer Milton already told me that Teresa stating, “sec 8 has regulations for hot water heater temperature blah blah.” was a false statement. Sec 8 does not. I am disabled and need a tub to soak my disabled MS, fibermyalgia, etc. bones in.

3. Please set bathroom ventilation fart fan on a switch where I may turn it off and on, (they did not)so it doesn’t run non stop on my electric, like i see you have in other units, that have a switch to turn there units fart fan off and on. 4. Please remove all and any monitors illegally in my unit, i stay in.

5. Please run a snake down the bathroom and kitchen sink.6. Please make sure the bedroom window has proper locking, because I have to have a stick in it when its opened. Maybe, I don’t see the lock?

Thank you for maintaining the unit for a successful inspection.
Maintenance may enter unit #305, to address these concerns, if I am not there, so please have them bring their own keys in case, I am not there.

3.11.17 Update

I am a survivor of those who are evil and by the grace of you, i am victoriously a winner with a brain and still here to be your witness, “your salt & light.” i am to be blessed by you and am to be married to you soon, in human form. That I delight in and say, “You, Jesus were worth it all, please I beg you, find favor in me to appear and make this a reality for me… for it is YOU, Yah who wants to give this husband and earthy riches to me, for I would be happy for you to just call me home. I am exhausted as YOU, Jesus were at the well and when God let you hang on the cross. I love you and am happy to be like you and not of this world. Even Seattle City Lights are in on the illegal King County loop. So, yesterday an agent in on all this, but is on God’s side and wasn’t really apart of it, who is supposedly stepping up and saying, enough is enough to the loop…who god turned into a brother Jon Watson asked me yesterday why I don’t have the office at Greentree Apartments put a switch in the bathroom, so I may control the fart fan? He is a plummer and not stupid as I am not and he believes the fan non~stop running effects my electric bill alot, too. The following is my reply:

  I already been thru all that with sec 8 too. More than once. They ignore it. sec 8 inspector agreed im to be up lifted soon. So we agreed to pass apt,. Because its didnt pass 2nd time 4 real. They didnt do a thing and nothing passed the 1st time. I did my part in that, but they didnt. all they did was run snake down ba.rm. drain and ignored the hot water and the rest, oh it looks so tacky how they put weather striping around the door. Couldnt be saucier.

Its all in my blogs www with my emails to them and no reply ever frm them, because of what their doing, like not enuf hot water for bath. but my bill tho still a lil hi is about 44 bucks generally or less. They been playing me wronger the last 2 bills. God sees.

You and i already kno all this and more is true. Its illegal king county crap still not ended. God is lifting me up into better soon and his vengeance is upon them who participate in bad. in god we trust. Appreciate u 😀

And when they dont pass 2nd inspection sec 8 wont let them rent out and person has to move to a place sec 8 approves. Legally and ethically this apt didnt pass sec 8’s 2nd inspection, but thats what woulda happened if sec8 and i didnt agree, i will b uplifted up soon enuf, so just pass inspection so i didnt need to go thru that moving stress another year contract. Omg!

Grievance letter and it’s not illegal, but retaliation is…I practically live with out any electricity and no heat..You guys are participants in the illegally king county loop on Carol Barber..You guys mess with my bill all the time…three years ago you said I owed $400 (when in L#2?? 2015 at Greentree Apts. set up to also illegally be in my life and have illegal monitors in my apartment)and I never used any heat, was alone and no, I did not, but I paid it. I pay my bills in full.I don’t appreciate your illegal involvement in my life and falsely charging me for electric I don’t really use. I only have the stove, frig. TV, DVD player plugged in and I practically live in the dark…because if I use my electricity you guys charge me, a disabled, in poverty costs beyond reality..  I know this is true and that we all know who I am. Thank You for being a part of the ugly and causing me anxiety undue and hypertension..  I pray the good lord stops you all and brings you to your knees for bringing financial harm and stress to me…  my bill realistically should never be more than the minimum I paid two years ago, when I first moved into #305 because I still live the same way…  I have to be rude and not allow my company to charge their phones or other devices because of the games you guys play with my electric bill…. 

in addition to the previous email….I call and pay over phone often… three bills ago my bills began being way more than should… I pay full amount due when I call… since, the balance on my email bill is different than when I call…. when I call it is lower than email bill…..  still, you guys do participate in illegal king county loop and charge me for electricity I do not really use…  I am sure the non~stop fart fan in bathroom Greentree management doenst fix with a switch for me to control uses electricity, but no, my bills should never be what they are….  thank you and have a nice day.

    1. My name is Crystal Zion I’m am a 38 year old woman who has been homeless and it’s not because I did not buy a home and set up and have kids and a construction company. A judge awarded my father my home and put me and my child on the streets. I have not been back to my home cause I will go to jail due to my dad’s wishes. He just got out of prison last year took everything that I have worked for down to my clothes and medical records and my children’s pictures from the years past. This man never paid for his kids growing up and now he has no respect for me and I bought my trailer and built a 2 story shed. Its really hit wrenching to know a judge gave my home to a career criminal that has spent more than 15 years in prison and is on federal probation still. I have been living on the streets behind shopping centers cause I don’t have a job or a car. I have 15 years of letters on everything he’s lied about and had been planning and no one will help me. Im begging for someone to please help me get my child back on my card and home. I was not compensated on anything at all .

I blog it WW, I give it all to God, I involved the FBI, I exercised the help out there for housing, shelters, I pray, I don’t beg, I read bible and try to be what it says to be of God, and of the like.. I lift your supposed situation up to God.. Good luck.. I call you a fake.. If, you really have all this proof, why aren’t you posting it and going to great lengths to help your self?
